High BPEL but constant NBPEL

Hey guys,

I don’t know if this has been addressed before, but I just measured by BPEL and it is bit over 7”… my NBPEL is 6.25 … I’m wondering if this is normal, seems like I’m gaining in NBPEL? I know there was the LOT theory, which might explain this, but I would really appreciate an explanation and how I can get this gain over to my NBPEL..

I’m a pretty skinny guy, but I guess I have a large fat pad there?

Start --- NBEL 6" length 5" girth

Current --- NBEL 6.5 length 4.9" girth --- BPEL 7.2 <--- WTF? I hate this fat pad.. I'm not even fat!?

Goal --- 8" length 6" girth

It’s normal BPEL your forcing the ruler hard into your pubic bone,NBPEL is just a measurement without forcing the ruler hard against your pubic bone therefore it won’t be as long.

The reason we measure BPEL is to always get a correct measurement to see if you have gained or not. If you gain in NBPEL, but not in BPEL, all that means is you lost some of the fat pad. The fat pad has a habit of fluctuating a lot; the reason behind this could be amount of water intake, if you are bloated, or even if you ate a huge dinner. Don’t trust your NBPEL as your main measurement.

I’m not sure how LOT would explain it but like pe4life2 said, my understanding is that your fat pad can vary from day to day based on your diet, and of course can be reduced over time as well. That is why we use bone pressed measurements to consistently track our progress of our PE. If you are not gaining in a non-bone pressed measurement, then you are not actually adding any length to your penis, but you are adding the appearance of length by reducing your fat pad.

Nothing wrong with that, in fact it’s great. Just don’t confuse the loss of body fat with the addition of penile tissue or you may be performing PE exercises in vain.

If I am correctly following your logic I am assuming you meant BPEL here.

What routine are you doing?

I am in a similar position. I measured yesterday and found a “gain” of .2 inches in my BPEL, but 0 gain in my NBPEL.

During this time I have gone on a new diet and have significantly reduced my body fat %. Lost 1.3 inches around my waist.

Still I would’ve expected my NBPEL to have increased, not my BPEL! Because surely a decreasing fat pad would make more cock visible, and not increase the fat pad size (I.e the difference between NBPEL and BPEL).

Unless I am totally confused?

Congratulations on the weight loss stevejabba!

I think you are experiencing the opposite of what NewbieToPE described.

His was an increase in NBPEL and yours is an increase in BPEL, or to try and be clearer, his is strictly a decrease in his fat pad with no gain in actual penis length, while yours sounds like an increase in penis length, that is being masked by a fat pad that may be fluctuating more than you think?

Yes I understand.

But I have actually lost body fat! So surely my fat pad would have fluctuated downwards and revealed more cock?

I think my cock is weird!

I’m going to measure again in 2 weeks. I’m only using an extender (Penimaster pro) and am logging on average 6-7 hours per day.

PE is damn frustrating, the problem is the “trial” period where you asses if it’s actually working is so damn long! I must say though I feel that the extender is my best bet of making gains, I tried 3 months of Jelqing previously and got nothing.

I think I will stick with BPEL measuring as I was literally pushing it in until it wouldn’t go any further. There is a difference of a full inch between my NBPEL and BPEL and I am probably about 13% BF so it is weird to me..

Thanks for your help, I will update my progress log in 2 weeks.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the responses, actually I misspoke, I meant

“I’m wondering if this is normal, seems like I’m gaining in BPEL?”

So yes, my situation is similar to stevejabba…

As for the routine I’m doing, well I’ve been off and on on PE for like 9 years.. I’ve done many things and was never consistent… but I’d say there was a period where I hung more consistently than other things.

Now a days though I recently started back up again and all I’m doing is stretching (vacextender) and now as of the last 3 days, added clamping..

I would really like to increase in NBPEL

Stevejabba,

Our situations are almost identical.. I”m about 12-13% BF too and there’s about a full inch difference between BPEL and NBPEL… yes, PE has been quite frustrating for me too…

Start --- NBEL 6" length 5" girth

Current --- NBEL 6.5 length 4.9" girth --- BPEL 7.2 <--- WTF? I hate this fat pad.. I'm not even fat!?

Speaking of frustrating. It seems I misunderstood your mistake NewbieToPE.

Yes, now it seems like your situations are identical, and actually quite common. Like I said,t he fat pad can vary considerably and is usually the last place we lose fat.

If you measure too often (2 weeks) you are going to pick up these fluctuations. Its fine to measure as often as you want but don’t jump to conclusions until its been a while. I personally don’t accept a measurement until it is consistent or gaining for at least two months.

I noticed you spell checked my quoted text stevejabba. Be careful changing people’s words, it could get you in trouble down the road. ;)

I notice the same thing with me. It seems like I have gained BPEL but not NBPEL. To me this means its working and its only a matter of time before I started seeing NBPEL changes. As a matter of fact visually when I have a real serious hard on I just push against my fat pad with my hands and reveal a bigger penis than I have ever seen on my self. Right now my NBPEL is 6.5 it hasn’t changed since I started but my BPEL started at 7.3” and I have read upwards of up to 7.7” with the mean being around 7.5” now. You would think that would translate to 6.7 to 6.9 NBPEL but it hasn’t.

Starting Measurements 03/03/2012: BPEL: 7.30" MSEG: 5.100"

Previous Measurement 11/19/2012: BPEL: 7.90" MSEG: 5.250"

Current Measurements 01/08/2013: BPEL: 8.0" MSEG: 5.250"

Goal: BPEL: 8.25" MSEG: 6.250" <-- Just a bit above the magic | How I'm getting there --> Routine and progress with pics

Cant look, I didn’t mean to change your words, it’s the spell checker on here. It ruins my eloquent prose!

Thanks for all your help.

About the auto correct cantlook.. He’s probably using Mac OSX lion.. it frequently auto corrects words and it really is very annoying… I just disabled it today in fact when it autocorrected important words on a business email… changing words like “gamification” to “ramification”.. and that was the last straw..

Ok. Let’s try to explain this. Uhm… first, we’ll notice that is common experience that you gain BPFSLL first, then after a while you gain BPEL. The reason why is - supposition - that your body has to learn how to fill the new volume. Does this makes a vague sense? I hope.

If so, let’s go ahead. For the same reason, there is a temporary gap between BPEL e NBPEL. If you measure from the top, pushing the ruler in the middle, you are pressing on your penis; this will enhance your erection a bit. You are helping the venous-occlusive function : so you are filling the above said gap between BPEL and NBPEL. Measuring BPEL is revealing your present potential size, that is temporarily impaired due to the recent growth.

I will be glad to have any kind of gains, I have not yet seen any proof for myself that this works! 5 months playing with my cock and nothing so far!

BPEL : 7.7

NBPEL : 6.8 inches

EG : 5 and 9 16ths

I’m in the same boat as you steve… except I did gain a little bit, and I’m kinda sure it was from hanging… but yes, right now I’m on basically the same plan as you, just an extender, but I clamp for girth and jelq as well… don’t follow what I’m doing though, because I don’t know if it will be successful…

Also when I extend, I don’t just extend normally..

I extend for like 10 mins normal straight direction… then I extend with an obstruction in the middle.. I think it is called the V stretch?… it is to hit the tunica I guess.. basically my penis is stretched and in the middle of the shaft there’s a fair bit of force.. I do that for 10 - 20 mins… then I rest… and I clamp for 10 mins… Jelq… do two more sets of clamping during the day..

We’ll see if it works.
