Higher Stress on the ADS
The tools that I use for my “routines” include Hanging, Jelqing, Stretching and the application of an ADS..
Every time that I try to get in the grove of a “routine” … my life throws a breaking ball and I have to make an adjustment. I think that that is OK, as long as I am consistently doing “something”
If I had my preference I would concentrate more time on Hanging … but during those time periods when I don’t have the privacy to hang, I do my best to fill in the lost “hang time” with larger amounts time Jelqing and stretching.
The one thing that I have been fairly constant about is the application of the ADS. I have a home made ADS based on a knee strap and some light bungie cords. I wear it about 3 hours a day give or take an hour.
A few days ago I started experimenting with the application of additional stress to the ADS. Specifically, I about doubled the strength of the ADS pull and I have been wearing it for an hour at a time and taking 10 minute breaks.
I can feel the strength of the pull … but I am not getting to the level of fatigue that I get from hanging. It is more like an uncomfortable feeling in the glans towards the end of each hour.
I have had to tinker with the wrap so that I could maintain circulation with the additional stress … but so far I can do it without any obvious issues.
My Question / Challenge: I searched on this and didn’t find anything specific. Has anyone tried it? Was it effective? What was your experience?
Even if you haven’t tried it, I would be interested to hear some thoughts on the practice of more significant levels of stress with an ADS
