Is there any point to ADS after heavy hanging?
I was wondering if it’s worth doing ADS after a 2-hours hanging session (6 sets X 20 mins). Would it REALLY help to speed up gains?
From what I have read, ADS has to be done with light weights (ie; up to 2 lb), so it can be worn for many hours in a row without the need for release of the grip to allow for proper blood circulation to the tip of the penis.
I’m currently hanging 9-10 lbs. Doing ADS with a really low weight of 2lbs, comparing this to how much I’m currently hanging, is there really any point? In the next days hanging session, wouldn’t it just break all the partial/temporary healings that took place?
But then again, if you don’t do ADS after heavy hanging, the penis will start shrinking back to it’s original size while it’s healing. In the next days hanging session, would it still break all the healings that took place?
So I’m confused if ADS after hanging would really help with gains. Why do some people believe ADS after hanging will help with gains while some people disagree with this idea? What are your reasons for and against ADS after hanging?
