Is there any point to ADS after heavy hanging?

Is there any point to ADS after heavy hanging?

I was wondering if it’s worth doing ADS after a 2-hours hanging session (6 sets X 20 mins). Would it REALLY help to speed up gains?

From what I have read, ADS has to be done with light weights (ie; up to 2 lb), so it can be worn for many hours in a row without the need for release of the grip to allow for proper blood circulation to the tip of the penis.

I’m currently hanging 9-10 lbs. Doing ADS with a really low weight of 2lbs, comparing this to how much I’m currently hanging, is there really any point? In the next days hanging session, wouldn’t it just break all the partial/temporary healings that took place?

But then again, if you don’t do ADS after heavy hanging, the penis will start shrinking back to it’s original size while it’s healing. In the next days hanging session, would it still break all the healings that took place?

So I’m confused if ADS after hanging would really help with gains. Why do some people believe ADS after hanging will help with gains while some people disagree with this idea? What are your reasons for and against ADS after hanging?

Does anyone not have an answer to my question? I guess everyone is confused just as I am… lol

This question was debated to death. I think you can solve your doubts if you change optic : if you want your penis is longer, what really counts is that your penis is hold at a given length for a long time - just that simple. Be hands, weights, extender or pump, that is secondary. The sole exception is when you really have caused a significative damage to your penis that would require ‘healing’; in this case, you should avoid going ahead pulling your penis because you are just worsening the damage without giving to it enough time to heal.

ADS or 2lbs weight would just keep the penis in a lightly stretched state. As no further damage is happening, the penis will start healing in the stretched state, right?

If so, the question is, is there really any point to let it heal in the stretched state, because next day all the temporary/partial healings going to break anyway when you hang with 10lbs of weight. If you don’t do ADS, and let it heal in the shrinking state, the next day the healings are still going to break with the 10lbs weight. So does that mean, doing ADS after heavy hanging, is just a waste of time?

If you hang many sets per day, then ADS is not needed.

If you hang only couple sets per day, then I think it’s needed.

You don’t need to ‘damage’ your penis. No damage, no need to heal in ‘extended state’. This idea was based on the analogy of leg lenghtening which is really a bad one - your penis is not a bone, you don’t need to break it and then make it heal ‘in extended state’. It has been seen that cellular proliferation in connective tissue (TA is pretty similar to tendons) is triggered by any stretch, even the most gentle you can apply.

Give it a try anyway, keep the rest of us informed.
