Hi guys!! Lovely forum you have here :)

I was on PE a long time ago (when I was about 20 .. Was doing PE for 4 months ) I gained some extra 0,5 inch in both length and girth. Everything was fine and super and suddenly my erections were starting to drop so I quit PE and it turned ok in few days everything turned to normal. I blamed it on Kegels actually.. Also after piss I coudln’t get the last drops out so I dripped my pants sometime.

Everything was super cool till now with my second girlfriend. We’re together for 1,5 month now. Everytime I was with her somewhere and we were occasionally doing some nauhgtier things my cock got fully erect and I was dripping precum like crazy ( my pants were wet like hell ). After the first week with her I realized I stopped masturbating (was masturbating max 3x a week) and my sex drive kinda droped. And to a big suprise while I was masturbating yesterday.. I coudln’t get my cock erect.. And what’s even funnier that since saturday I’m feeling weirdly depressed (for no apparent reason). So I’m thinking if my hormones aren’t in some kind of an overdrive because there’s no reason for a depression and my penis should be fit as ussual.

My penis and the whole sexual system feels kinda exhausted and it’s even harder with this damn weird depression. So I wonder what will happen till next saturday because it’s romping time :)

I’m wondering if I should start PE again :) Hmmmm 0,5 inch extra and of course a super erection would be cool :)

But my sexual health is starting to scare me right now .. And I’m only 22.. I want to wait till friday to see what will happen and will try a test masturbation without any pr0n .. If I’m not going to be fit (mentally and psychically) I guess I’m going to check my GP and explain the situation to him .. And will ask for a blood test for hormones.

So what do you guys think?? Hormonal imbalance or my subconscious is playing games on me ?? Any1 have a similar experience?

I`m in the same boat as you. I`m 21 years. In my case is a low level of testosterone combined with minor depression.

Exercise and lift-weights man, that’ll fix the problem. :) Take up Martial Arts if you can too. Swimming, dancing, etc.

Can’t give you a scientific reason why this will work because I don’t know why it does, but you’ll lose the depression, your body-chemicals will balance, and you’ll start getting rock hard erections when you don’t want them. Seriously, lack of exercise will stop me from having erections.

To be on the safe side, quit PE for a week and see what differences there are. Hope that helps you man, I know how disheartening this sorta shit can be.

This sounds like one of those temporary things you shouldn’t worry about. First of all, your whole hormonal system doesn’t go out of whack that quickly; one week good erections and the next week not for the reason that your testosterone level suddenly dropped out of sight.

But depression can throw off what is normally a good erectile response. Then you get more depressed and worried because you aren’t getting hard-ons like you did when you try to masturbate or have sex. This is a time of year when lot of people experience depression, deep or moderate. Give it a week or two and see where you are.

Also, take a good look at your PE routine. Almost all of us get too enthused at some point and overdo an element in our exercises. A good practice with PE, I think, is to have a sensible workout and end it with a firm erection. Ideally when you finish your PE set you should feel invigorated, even kind of horny. PE is not supposed to exhaust anything; if it does, you’re doing something wrong.

Yeah I remember how it was on PE in the first months. Rock hard erections anytime anywhere.I was feeling like a very healthy and a horny machine.

I guess I’ll start PE soon when I get 100% fit. It looks like everything’s turning to normal because I had a 70% morning wood and yesterday in the bus I was finally feeling horny again. Oh my.. The Beasty One : Funny fact actually. I wasn’t in the gym for 2 weeks thanks to learning (exam season) and all my other activities. But I exercise every other day in the morning for 30 minutes. Avocet8: I’m not getting exhausted by PE now but probably from all those hormone stuff and other chemical shit that was going on inside of me when I was with my girl. PE actually never exhausted me in the past :D But somehow I was probably doing something wrong in and my erections dropped after the third month. But since it’s a long time ago and this site contains lot of info I didn’t had 2 years ago I guess I can manage PE real good now :)

Hehe no problem. Just flex alot and do alot of situps&pushup. I’ve discovered this “gift” after 5 months in gym. Suddenly I found myself doing a flawless handstand from a pushup position without touching the ground with my legs at all (just arms/shoulders and abs/back power). I tell you my sex performance got better since then. Breakdancing teaches you smooth and strong movements with a rhytm. It really enhanced my romping movement vocabulary and execution. I love it and I bet my gf will love it (last one loved it) :)

Yeah of course. Windmills are easy. I love to do masterswipes ( I was searching on the net for the correct english words) and for example crickets too .. I really love all the moves when you have to use the power of your arms .. One armed pushups are the shiznit too. Ok but we’re here for the PE :D
