I have an incognito pump setup that I’ll sometimes bring with me when I’m out and I can sneak away for 10-15 mins to pump. It’s a protein shaker cup, 18” length of 1/8th ID 3/16th OD tubing and some lotion. I took some sandpaper to the shaker cup lip to make it smoother, melted the end of the tube to taper it, and just caveman myself in there. The cup is just big enough for me to fit and I end up completely packing it in about 45 mins. I work about an hours walk away and sometimes I would leave work, go to the local McDonalds to get in the cup, hide it under some baggy clothing, and walk home so that by the time I get home I already have a decent pump to get started with.
If I want to pump shaft only, I have a bottle made by brita that has a filter built into the lid. I remove the lid, get hard, and squeeze out as much air as I can. the force of the bottle trying to pop back into shape feels to be about 2hg (I usually pump from 3-7hg so this feels low but works)
There are days where I would pump before work, during lunch, after work and by the time I got home I would already have 2+ hours of pumping. Then I would use my real tubes for a couple hours, take a 3 hour break and do it again before showering and going to bed.
I’m not a big fan of manual stretches, I have really strong hands and have hurt myself in the past so I just stick to vacuum.
