Hot and Cold Water
So.I was talking to a friend the other day about working out, and he told me something I have not heard about before. He told me that when you take a shower after you work out, if you change the water from hot to cold and back to hot (and back and forth), it forces your muscles to expand and contract which results in more scar tissue building in your muscle. Now.I have done it with my body, and I noticed my muscles got much sorer for much longer than usual. I was wondering if this wold be a good idea for after PE? I was wondering if anyone else had tried it and has had any results with it.
