What is the most common method of this? I’ve read that this is one of the more important things to do to make PE work effective. Is there some little tank thing someone has used with a fish tank water warmer?? I’m just getting lots of ideas cause after about two weeks (almost done with one) of kelgs/PC then i’m going for PE workouts.

I have used heating pads, but I find it most effective to do it in the shower under direct spray of the water. This is easiest if you are already doing your routine in the shower.
