Hot Wraps

Hi,

I’ve been on the newbie routine for a couple of days now.

Just one thing has been bothering me.. how hot should the water be during a hot wrap?

Are we talking near scalding temperature, just above body temp or somewhere in between?

I’d recommend using as warm/hot water as you can tolerate but use common sense and don’t make it so hot that it burns you or is painful.

The higher the temperature the more pliable tissues become.

Just be careful and don’t do anything that you feel might cause injury.
