When I jelq I tend to pull the skin of my balls up the shaft (because my penis is so small) are there any household items I can safely use to tie around my balls to keep the skin from sliding up my shaft? I tried using the off hand to hold my skin back while jelqing with the other but it doesnt seem to be too effective.

There probably isn’t much you can do until you stretch out the skin a bit more. I know of no household items that would be strong enough to keep the skin from creeping up, yet safe enough to put around your balls. Your only option may be your other hand. Try jelqing one-handed with your palm away from you and make your “OK” grip with the thumb and index finger at the base while the other hand grasps your scrotal skin.

Go into a porn store and buy a package of cock ring that three sizes in it. Take the middle size ring and put around your balls. This should hold most of skin down.
