Not much, if anything. At least there’s no concrete proof it helps or hinders progress. If it keeps you doing your routine, then feel free to do it!
I’m guessing that you don’t make a habit of it as you simply lost control in this instance.
Ejaculating does stop a session for most people I imagine (it would for me at least) so it would be best to control it until you’ve finished your session and/or got the worked feeling you were aiming for.

I can’t see there being a great difference between the two. Both scenarios have the same stretches, just in a different order. I would be tempted to focus on one angle until I felt there was no more to be gained from it, and then switch. You’re dealing with tough tissues (though be careful) and sometimes a divide and conquer approach is the only one that will work.
Either of the above will be fine if you’re just starting out. A good thing to do would be to pay close attention to how each stretch feels and try and tweak your routine to get the most out of it. It all comes with practise coupled with lots of reading.
