How best to put multiple routines together?
Greeting fellow PEers,
I’m returning to PE after a longer brake and I have come up with a combination of routines that I want to run. These are
* a custom manual routine with both stretching and girth exercises
* wearing the Phallosan forte stretcher a few hours a day
* wearing a cock ring for a few hours a day
* 3 short sessions of kegels a day
+ I also wish to add a short session with BathMate but that would only be like a warm down after a session
Now for my question: I’m thinking about how best to combine all of the above to 1) optimise effectivity and 2) not overtrain. What would be your idea of how these should come after each other? My current idea is:
(warm up)
- a few hours wearing Phallosan
(warm down)
- manual exercises + ending with a few minutes of Bathmate stretch
- a hours of cock ring
(warm down)
+ kegels somewhere in between
Would you agree? Also how long should my rests be? Between sessions and between training days too. I was thinking 6 days a week.
