One prolonged session better than multiple sessions?
For me it is. The whole multiple set thing makes sense in my head. That’s the way I started pumping, that’s the way I lift weights. Shit, even with cardio I interval train. But where pumping is concerned, I’m finding that multiple sets (with jelqs in between) really aint the way for me to get maximum expansion.
My trip is this: When I do multiple sets, the unit flags too much in between “sets”. I end up spending way too much time trying to achieve the previous level of expansion on my next set, and even more during subsequent “sets”. I also find that if I do three sets, that by the third, it becomes really hard to achieve the expansion of my first set at all, unless, say, I do something like crank the pressure up really high. This, of course, seems to lead to post-pumping shrinkage and a generally over fatigued feeling to my dick- not good.
I have also considered the fact that all of this time coming out of the tube and then getting back up to size isn’t exactly, “keeping the penis at it’s maximum extended state for the maximum allowable (health-wise) amount of time” because you’re spending time slacking off and plumping back up. However, it does feel great to get out of the tube and is definitely great for circulation- pinky/red coloration being vastly superior to purplish/black.
So what to do?
Now I do the interval of time that I used to spend in “sets”- about 25 minutes- in one long, continuous set which I occasionally interrupt VERY BRIEFLY just to clear the vacum, slather on a little more lube, and push it back into the tube. In this way, my expansion has been skyrocketing, my PI’s have been very positive, my coloration in the tube is good, and I end up with a MASSIVE plump which stays quite juicy enough afterwards to do 100 jelq/kegels with. Where I had formerly been struggling to expand to 7.25 in the tube, I now regularly hit 7.5. All pumper’s PI’s from this are positive.
My body is telling me that multiple sets is not the way forward for me. One mega-set punctuated by several QUICK pressure release incidents is WAY better.
Just thought I’d put it out there in case someone else has noticed the same thing or might want to try something else for awhile to switch it up. As far as I’m concerned, it’s brought my in-tube expansion up very nicely.
