Hello everyone. Ive been pumping now for about 2 months and I dont feel that Ive gained nearly as much as I should have, not even half an inch in length. Ive been doing split sessions 5 days a week and what I mean by that is 2 eight minute sessions in the morning and 2 eight minute sessions in the evening. I also doing 5 minute jelqing in the morning and evening. I feel like Im working pretty hard, but it doesnt really seem to working that well. My question is, would it be more benefitial to just do all 4 eight minute sessions in the evening with 5 minutes of jelqing and do 10 minutes of manual stretches and 10 minutes of jelqing in morning? So my schedule would look like this:
Morning: 10 minutes of jelqing, 10 minutes of manual stretches
Evening: 4 eight minute pumping sessions at 5-6 hgs of pressure, 5 minutes of jelqing

Please help me out here. Thanks.

A half inch gain in 2 months would be quite a gain indeed! Only the very quickest gainers can report that kind of sucess. Most of us, myself included, grow much more slowly.

Experiment with different routines unitl you sense and see some forward progress, even if it’s only incremental and slight. If you don’t see any gain over a period of time, or just as importantly, feel any different, change up the routine. But keep safety in mind when upping the pressure

For myself, I feel that the best workout is 2-4 10-12 minute sets (depending on how much time I have), with pressure anywhere from 6 to 10 hg, with cable clamp squeezes in between, 5 days on 2 days off. Pretty intense when I get it right and on some days I will only pump if I’m feeling a little beat up from the squeezes.

I’m a very infrequent measurer but I feel this routine works for me.

I’m more disinclined than inclined toward split-session PE only because penile tissues need a sustained rest period after a good workout to allow for micro-tear healing.

You might consider for awhile doing your whole workout in the morning and integrating your manual exercises into your pump routine. Something like:

warm wrap
a few minutes of manual stretches in all directions
100 jelks and some girth work if you like
6 - 8 min in the cylinder at moderate pressure
repeat the jelks and girth work
pump again for 6 - 8 min
repeat jelks, girth work, then pump
repeat jelks, girth work, then pump to finish

Your current program requires an hour or so a day from the way you describe it. 24 - 32 minutes total of pumping and the manual exercises between pumps could work out to about 45 min./day total, still give you a very good PE session, and give your dick plenty of healing rest even allowing for sex or masturbation later in the day without over-stressing your cock tissues.

You’ve gained more than I did in the same amount of time, new to PE, and I am a fast gainer. What’s your hurry? Instead, gear your mind to the size you are going to have in Feb. 2005 or Sept. 2005.

thanks avocet and tallythwacker, youre right, I have a bad habit of putting the cart ahead of the horse. I’ll set my size goal for 6.75nbpelX5.25eg by march of 2005 (currently about 5.4nbpelX4.75eg). I think I will start doing a longer morning session and no evening session.
