One intense session vs 2 moderate sessions!

Hello there.
Do you guys consider an intense PE session per day to be more effective than 2 moderate PE sessions per day? (except rest days, of course)

When I started out I did one session per day, but after a couple months when I was conditioned enough I had an AM/PM schedule. The 2 sessions a day keeps it hanging heavy, pretty much all the time. It also leaves you something to work out with for your next session. Just be careful if you choose that path, listen to your body.

Be careful here. Does one intense session mean hanging a ton from your unit? Cause that will get results maybe. It could cause consequences such as premature plateauing, or worse damage. Going slow i.e. 2 sessions as opposed to one intense WILL get better results.

Notice what happens with one intense session. You get swollen, sore and tender. What is happening is the bodies reacting to the damage that was created. As a consequence to that reaction accelerated healing takes place which means rebellion on the part of the penis. Some guys even experience a shortening or an attempt of the penis to turtle-up.

Better it is to lower your weight and do 2 sessions and sneak up on your tissues not create a reaction but encourage relaxing. Think of your seat belts in your car if you pull on them evenly they will extend, but jerk hard on them and they lock. Your Ligs have the ability to do the same thing. Once locked you could hang 25lbs and they wouldn’t care.

I prefer one intense session, mainly because I don’t have the time to do two moderate sessions.

When I say intense and moderate, I mean:

Intense session: 15 minutes stretching, 250 jelqs (150 wet, 100 dry)
Moderate session: 7/8 minutes stretching, 125 jelqs (75 wet, 50 dry)

I think I’ll go sit down.

With “moderate” sessions, I feel like I’m wasting time. I feel like I really need to focus and dedicate myself for a while to get any effects. It is the same with most things in life, working out, making money, etc. You can’t do it a “little bit” and expect great results.

With the work out analogy however, 2 workouts per day will work, but usually that means different body parts. I never heard of doing a few curls now and a few more later. You need to work the body part until you get the fatigue (and I know the penis is not a muscle, but I think in general the fatigue concept is important).
