Long Sessions
Those of you who have tried pumping for long amounts of time will know that it yields massive temporary gains. The obvious drawback is that there is much more chance or red spots and injury etc. I’ve been reading through various posts and it seems that the experienced pumpers routines seem to be long sessions split up evenly between the day.. IE rather than doing a 2 hour session its split into hourly sessions in the morning and evening (obviously with breaks every 15 minutes or so). Could it be this is how to gain the desired result of very long sessions without risking heavy red spotting and injury? Any experienced pumpers willing to share their knowledge? Any input appreciated, thanks alot
