Extender vs multiple sessions stretching

I am getting very good gain both in flaccid and erect length.

I am doing a 30 minute session of stretching at 2 PM and then 5-6 little sessions of 5 minute each
during the rest of the day.

Normally I train 4 -5 days on and 1 day off. I take a day off when I feel the necessity.

Do you think it is better this routine or the use of a Penimaster like device?

Well, I am absolutely more interested in flaccid then erect lenght.
I use to measure my flaccid when I come home from work at 2 PM.
When I began PE in January sometimes I was about 2.3”, now I am often at 4.5” flaccid in same condition.

I must say that I have ever had a very good feeling with stretching.

What about warm ups ? Do you warm up every time you stretch ? If not, when do you warm up and for how long?

Warm up is for me very important.

Presently I warm up for 5-10 minutes only before my first stretching session because, now, I have easily semi erections during this phase and then I have to wait they subside.

So I don’t warm up during my short sessions, but for 1 or 2 minute I stretch my penis very kindly and
then I do 3-4 minutes of good pulls.

A stretching session and an ADS device like the Penimaster, are 2 different things. One is simply stretching, whereas the Penimaster is a traction device.

A best case scenario would be to do your stretching session, then strap on the Penimaster for a while afterwards.

I had the intention to do exactly what you say but now Penimaster costs 249 Euros and a lot of people feel it uncomfortable.

Which is the difference between stretching and traction?
I thought that stretching ( and hanging )would be the best and easy way for lengthening the penis.

The traction device push your groin in while streching your penis out. I think this can avoid the raise of hairy skin along your shaft and a bigger strech of the shaft skin. I used it for more than a year and I had some gains in flaccid state in the first three months, then almost nothing. Actually, it was the andropenis, and it’s not comfortable at all (in my experience). I want to reuse it some how after my workout, but I will surely not use it for more than two hours a day, it’s too painful.
