How can I tell if my PE work is enough?

Hello everyone,

I’ve been following my own routine for a while, and I am not quite sure if my routine is enough work for PE.

So I’ve decided to share it and hope you guys can give me some advice.

10 mins - 15 mins: Sitting in a hot bath to warm up and stretch in 4 directions;
10 mins - 15 mins: Jelq for 150 - 200 reps. Depends on my penis condition;
Take a shower to warm my penis down.

I’ve tried to do this 5 times a week. I notice after every session my penis looks like hanging lower, but I am not quite sure if it is an illusion or not.
I wonder if effective workout means my penis will turn red and swollen?

The improvements that I’ve seen by doing PE exercises are the facts that my penis has become much less sensitive. My penis used to be very sensitive in the sense that only 3 - 4 jelqs caused an erection but it is happening less and less especially after a good warm-up session. Also, I masturbate much less often, because I check porn less often. It seems PE workout has help me pursue a healthier lifestyle.

Short answer? Yes, that’s definitely enough PE work.

I don’t think you need to stretch for that long, just first warming up in bath and then 2-4 minutes of stretching will do. Maybe you meant that, in that case sorry :)

The decreased sensitivity is because your body has “learned” that touch while jelqing isn’t supposed to be arousing. If you still get an erection easily this is a good sign. And after jelqing the penis is supposed to be thicker, it looks swolen.

This, with the better flaccid hang leads me to believe you’re on the right way :)

Well to be honest, I do not think my penis is swollen after each session. Maybe it means my workout is not intense enough?
Sometimes I even cannot tell the difference before and after the workout because the color change is not that obvious.
