How Do I Stay Semi Erect In My Routine?

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for 2 days now and I’ve found it difficult to stay semi erect. I have had to frequently stop in the middle of my routine in order to keep my dick from going too soft and I just want to know if there are any ways around that besides jerking it to get it back to where it needs to be. What do I need to do to keep my dick consistently semi erect so that I can do my routine without interruptions?

Try using your mind. Is not easy but you can actually train yourself. Also, do not masturbate. That way your libido will be up, and you will be more sensitive to the touch. train yourself to have sexual thoughts while doing the exercise. That might help you keep a semi aroused state.

Jelqing isn’t for everyone. I have the same issue and my solution it just to skip jelqing and pumping is my girth exercise.

Ah I see, I plan on doing that once I start hanging which should be in a few months once my penis gets used to the newbie routine.

Similar to what igigi posted above, I have learned to use my mind. I have also dropped porn. That was difficult, but I find that I can now pop erections like a light switch and I’m not getting an unrealistic impression of sex.

Now that I’m more turned on by my wife, I can more readily fantasize and control my arousal.

If you jelq correctly you only need to start at 50-60% once you start jelqing your penis will engorge naturally and the jelqing keeps it engorged.

Flowsky, that’s a bigger problem but just stop and continue once your go down to 50-60%.

It drives me insane. I do 20-30 good jelqs and feel the arousal building in. I stop, do a modified Uli or two, then wait for a minute. Imagine doing 500 jelqs like that.
