How do you stretch the tunica?

How do you stretch the tunica?

Do you just pull straight up towards your chin?

Pull at an angle above your LOT to put the strain on the tunica rather than the ligaments or a combination of tunica/ligaments.

The tunica is quite difficult to grow so you need to adopt long hold relatively high tension stretches. To figure out a useful tension slowly increase the force until you see/feel no more extension, then drop back a bit. You will probably need to use stretches like an inverted V-stretch or similar to increase tension after you have been stretching for a while.

Its also important to work on relaxing the PC muscle.

Hey, thanks alot momento! Towards my chin is definitely above my LOT, but is that too high? Or is just anywhere above my LOT ok? What is an inverted V-stretch?

Anywhere above you LOT is fine. Try experimenting with various angles above your LOT to give yourself a thorough tunica workout. An inverted V-Stretch is pulling your flaccid penis out by the glans and taking the other hand and stretching up on the middle of your penis. A normal V-Stretch is just the opposite.

I find it harder to get a decent stretch straight up. Using some method to allow the angle the penis leaves the body to stay high but allowing the stretch to be applied toward the ground allows a portion of bodyweight to be put into the stretch.

Here’s an example. Take a baseball bat / rolling pin or similar, rest it on top of your thighs close to the base of the penis and pull your penis over it and down (you may need to open you legs). Hold for 5 minutes. Use an overhand OK grip behind te glans.

After lurking on here and PEing (mainly intense Power Jelquing 30-minute sessions once or twice a day) for just over a month, I’ve gained a solid inch in EBPL from 6.25 to 7.25, and am now a bonified shower rather than a grower. My flaccid hang is awesome, and girth is amazing as well. After these impressive gains, I think I’ve maxed out on lig gains (LOT is about 7), and tunica stretching is next in order, and that sure appears to be more difficult.

I do stretching a few time a day straight up towards my chin (that stretch does not FEEL effective) and out to the sides (Over the thighs) where I get a great grip and stretch FEEL, but only hold these for 30 seconds at a time. Do I need to do the OTS stretches with weights, or use the rolling pin V-stretch idea (hard to maintain a good grip in that position).

How about the Memento yoga heel stretch mentioned elsewhere on this forum? Does that position work for tunica stretching? I can do that stretch in a flaccid state for now, but how long do I hold that position?

Memento, are you available for mentoring? I have read most of your posts, and feel your techniques are most similar to what I want to follow…

Why? Can you shift your body back so that you can use a straight arm? If you sit on the floor with your knees up does that help?

Yes, especially if done with an inverted v. I think the trick to tunica stretching is reasonable force and duration.

3-5 minutes seems a good time to go for.

Here’s what I do to hit the tunica- By hanging or manual stretching at 9:00 or above, in all and every direction. I currently do this- From a seated position, with legs spread, pull parallel to my right leg, left leg, up and along my body to the right, up and along my body to the left, straight up towards my chin, left and right along my leg and straight out doing a modified A stretch. It is very important to hit the tunica in a variety of angles and directions to make sure it is being worked completely and one part doesn’t lag behing and hamper gains.

Is this 3-5 minutes straight without letting go or is it like hold for 10 sec. let go for 10 and repeat or just hold it there for 5 straight minutes? Thanks.
