In the pic (sorry for the quality) there are two clamps, one at each end, separated by barrel expanders used for tightening wires or rope.
With the device clamped at both ends of the penis, the barrels can be turned to increase the distance between the clamps, and in so doing, stretching the penis.
I use this device in a hot bath, increasing the stretch incrementally over the space of half an hour or so.
I have used a single clamp device for 9 months now, and just switched to the two clamp yesterday.
It is critical that you wrap your penis with some sort of material before clamping as the clamps will not hold properly otherwise and will cut your skin as well.
The material I use is a rubber sheet used for opening jars or making non-slip surfaces.
The material looks like it is woven, but is in actual fact molded that way, and provides 100% grip for many applications.
I use it for a grip for my weight bars when deadlifting and bench press to stop my hands slipping.
It takes a while for the right fit to be established and the clamps will slip occasionally if they aren`t on tight enough and will frustrate the hell out of you.so experimentation is the key initially.and do not leave the clamps on for more than half an hour, otherwise you run the risk of tissue damage that could be permanent.
This type of stretching is pretty radical and when I first posted my methods, some were very critical, suggesting that I ran the risk of injury.which, if done improperly is quite true.
So, here`s the caveats:
Watch for all the typical physical indicators; loss of EQ, bruising, unreasonable pain and discomfort ( you should be able to use your dick as normal afterwards.urination, sex, masturbation.directing traffic )
Given that you are sensitive to the above, you should find that the stretcher, either with the single clamp (which I used for 9 months) or with the double clamp.once you feel your ligs are pulled out entirely.gives you hours of good positive stretching focused on that pesky tunica that stands in our way.
