And I just measured my flaccid hang, which I haven`t done since may, and it is 5 1/2” after stretching in the bath with the mechanical stretcher.

I find that I can preserve that length with the plastic wrap throughout the day.

And I have to drop a pound or two as my fatpad is creeping up to half an inch.

I realised the other day that I have gotten away from manual stretching, and so I`ve begun to do 50 or so manual stretches throughout the day, as I remember being quite keen on them early in my PE career up until about may of this year.

And I discovered Cordyceps this week.

Before I rant on about it, I`m wondering if anyone else has used it?

I like the idea of using the wrap. How many times do you wrap it around your dick for it to have an effective hold?

You have to make sure you apply some tension to the roll as well, otherwise it will slide off.

Im going to try the z 4 stretcher for now as recommended by Dangler.
He said its good and is easier than your homeade stretcher for now.
I will you this for a few months and than use your power stretcher

Marshall I have to say, for the record, that I have never pushed my device and you have certainly not implied that either.

It is just that there are some that could read between the lines of a cookbook and hold me out as some seller of things, given your last post.

As an update to the thread, I have been suffering a plateau of some substantial magnitude for the last few months, and nothing seems to get me past.

Today while using the mechanical stretcher I had to re-adjust the device as it began to slip-as it does occasionally, and when I re-attached it I noticed a substantially different type of pulling that seemed to go behind my balls.

I realised that when I re-attached the device I settled the clamp substantially lower on the shaft than I usually do because I was already partly stretched from the device.

I have had this happen before but never re-attached so low.

I am going to do this two-part stretch for a few weeks to see what happens.

Of good luck A Unit on that. I thknk your stretcher is a great idea..

It seems to be working great for you.
And I will try it down the road just am a slow starter.

A unit, what is your routine with the stretcher ? And for how long you used it and do you use i everyday?

The workout is half an hour a day five on, two off, in a hot bath.

The stretching is increased slowly over time as the hot water relaxes the ligaments, allowing more stretching than manual could possibly achieve.

For the record, I have recently begun a de-conditioning break, as I have not seen length gain in nearly four months.

I gained a full inch in length in less than six months due to stretching and manual stretching and some clamping occasionally, but nothing since.

I feel due to reading the experiences of others, that my dick has become too tough to grow further unless I rest substantially, which means nothing more than light manual stretching throughout the day for at least another month or so.

It`s hard to not stretch intensely, for fear of losing gained length, but I have to give over to Thunder`s information here and concede that a break is what is necessary to get back to growing.

I will keep reading here and elsewhere at thunders to stay motivated and re-assured that I`m doing the correct things for eventual further gain.

Will you continue wearing your plastic wrap ads throughout the day? I’m thinking of taking a deconditioning break myself, but I’m worried about losing the gains that I’ve made. I use golf weights as an ADS, but I think you’re idea of the plastic wrap might be a great thing to do during a deconditioning period.
