How do you target EQ?

How do you target EQ?

I’ve been back into PE for about 2 months now. In this time I had great PIs, hard erections, morning wood, etc. However I’ve recently started taking a new medication that has made it more difficult to get to 100% erection, and the erection does not last very long. What type of exercises are best for increasing EQ?


NBP Goal 14 | 14.5 | 15 | 15.5 | 16 | 16.5 | 17 | 17.5 | 18 | cm

MEG Goal | 12 | 12.5 | 13 | 13.5 | 14 | 14.5 | 15 | cm

After some searching, adding kegels into my routine seem to be the way to go.

Can you treat the condition which requires you to take the medication so you don’t have to take it anymore?

I’m probably only going to need the medication for a couple months. I’m going to try not doing any PE for a couple weeks and see if theres any effect.
