How hard should you be when doing manual stretches
So I’ve searched around, but couldn’t seem to find it. Pardon me if it’s out there.
As the title says, I’m currently doing a newbie routine.
Warmup with dishcloth
1 min x 4 manual stretches. 1 left, right up and down.
200 dry jelqs
(Am I doing it right btw?)
So I started to wonder how hard my penis should be when stretching? And how hard should one pull it?
Mine is usually 30-40%, but starts to shrink when I stretch. I pull quite hard IMO. The thing that keeps me from pulling harder is the skin beneath the root, feels like its tearing.
