How important is a rest day, really?
I’ve been doing PE off and on for a few years. I’m totally acclimated to it. I really kicked it into gear last year, but was still somewhat sporadic with it.
But ever since Jan 1st, I’ve been at it everyday without fail. My daily routine is not too rigourous…
3-5mins heat before
20-30 mins jelqs (base squeezed and kegel on each stroke)
3-5 mins heat after
Sometimes I’ll wear a sock clamp for a little while afterwards.
Also, I’ll try to get about 20-30 mins each night (or early morning) of BTC stretching while in bed.
I also take a daily low-dose Cialis (5mg) to keep a semi and help with BPH.
I’ve done this afaik everyday since Jan 1, with some slight noticeable gains (esp flaccid hang and girth), and no real pain or discomfort so far.
Looking at my modest routine, do I REALLY need to take a day off anytime, or can I just keep going day after day after day like this?
