Deep breathing is a good practicing exercise to set the body and mind in balance.

Definitely use heat. Safety, efficiency, it improves all the aspects. Use it, use it, use it! :) Use IR if you can, but make sure you are at least heating in some way if you can’t make IR work.

For both my pre-heat and post-heat, I use a bean bag, heated in the microwave. It stays hot for quite a while, plus wide enough to wrap yourself. Easy to make, too!

Really? Heat makes thing more ply able. Nothing here is a requirement, but if you want to gain, heat helps the skin grow as well as the ligs. I have been here a long time and helped many grow, I know stuff about this.

So, tntjockey, do you think heating more than 5 minutes before and after a session can be beneficial?

Speaking of heat I was gonna buy an IR lamp but found out they make IR heating pads. A small one is like $60. :) Still remember to apply heat before and after your PE session. It’s the same idea behind working out, you stretch and warm up the muscles you’re about to put under stress and help prevent injury. :)

My thought is that it couldn’t hurt. I have a microwavable heating pad that I use.

Talking about heat,

guys who gaining girth, how do you feel during the session? do you keep your entire body warm, and through entire day? Africans have longer dicks because of the temperature outside(inside too). My body is cold most of the time, I need lot of clothes to keep myself warm, do you thing it might be the problem of not gaining?. When Im warm my dick hang a lot. but usually, I’m cold most of the time. Shower grower might be determinate by the distribution of blood. “Hot” guys might hang lower, and opposite.

Heat: at least warm up. Continual heat is even better. Ideally, you want to elevate the temperature of the tissues being stretched to above 104 degrees and keep it there for as long as they are stretched.

Where did you get this from and how did you draw this conclusion?

IR pads are pretty cool, but IR lamps are cheaper and I think they are more versatile. Although way less stealthy if stealth is a concern for you.

Titleist : its common sense, but i think I’ve read that somewhere, there is a thread about guy from Ireland - there is a cold climate, and body was adapting to it by making things thicker and shorter, to not freeze that fast and keep body temperature longer. Guys who come’s from warmer climate, as well as their ancestors, have better predisposition to have longer penises, because of the warmer climate which affects your body as well.

“Common sense” or “logical” doesn’t always mean true. Look at a size study, there are several on here, and you will find out that it’s really not true. There is no Irish curse, all black guys are not automatically hung, and X never marks the spot. Also, titleist is a very hung black man telling you this, that counts for something. :)

I don’t believe the scientific data supports your assertion. My natural assumption would be their nuts hang lower.
