How Important Is Heat?
Hello all, I have been PEing for about 9 months. I am 51 years young, smoke about1/2 pack of cigarettes, and have about 4-6 ounces of booze per night ( more on the weekends). I have been under a lot of stress, and have not seen much gains. My question is, how important is heat with gains? I know from visiting a physiotherapist this past summer for a bad back, that stretching for 30 seconds minimum is recommended, but heat was not a factor. Heat or no heat?
