I Support Heat for PE use

I Support Heat for PE use

I did a search and there were alot of different threads about heat and using it for PE. I just wanted to chime in and give my two cents, so if someone thinks it should got to a previous posted thread, please feel free to move.

So, I have use heat before but nothing more than a few minute warm up and maybe a warm down. With so much PE things to do hanging, clamping, pumping, jelqing, ect, ect, ect, one can get lost or just get ahead of himself. When I first started PE I did the newbie with minimal warm up, after that when I moved up to more advanced techniques I used even less heat. Except for the one month way back when, I started hanging with 4lbs for like 2 mins straight down. I stopped hanging and heating without gains or so I thought, I vigorously picked up stretching and used and ads more. Soon after I measured and noticed about a 1/2 inch length gain!

For some reason I did not even think about the hanging or even the heat is what most likely what contributed to my gains. Anyway, I have really picked up hanging again and still nothing but minor heat and really, really minor gains. For equipment reasons I have been pumping for the last few days and I decided to give the whole heat thing a try, you know for the whole session. To my surprise the last two sessions I did it was totally amazing! I did a rice sock warm up, then I kept heating the sock up to apply during my whole routine and my post PE results were far superior to any other that I have gotten before. Also, the gains I received have stuck around longer whether they are temporary or not.

My point is I plan to use the heat factor for all my work outs, the whole work out. I know that some here say that heat has not helped them at all but I am just wondering if they have used heat for the whole routine? In my humble opinion everyone should give entire session heating a try.

Started 5.5 x 4.5 erect Length and Girth Goal 7 x 6.5 erect Length and Girth

Currently 5.9 x 5.5 erect Length,Girth and going !

It’s amazing how many people gain well when they do the Newbie Routine to the letter, then when they are conditioned and switch to a more advanced routine their gains grind to a halt.

I believe 9 times out of 10, it’s not the routine, it’s because they stop using heat.

If guys only buy one piece of PE equipment, it should be and IR lamp.

I have not tried the IR lamp but I do agree with you about the heat. I really never gained off the newbie routine just better erections, fuller flaccid and healthier looking penis….Ok, so I did gain something. :D

The thread title sounds like a good campaign slogan.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

I vote for Heat.

Where is a good place to buy an IR lamp, and how much does it cost?

Thanks.

PE should, in my opinion, be a health thing, like brushing our teeth and working out.

Obsessing about gains will only lead to disappointment for most people. - babbis

IR Lamps

That post has some info on where to get them in the USA.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

There is another option as well. I have a combo massager/IR heat wand thingy. Here is a link for one at The Source by Circuit City (aka Radio Shack):

The picture isn’t great, but on the side opposite of that showing in the picture, there is a 10 LED IR lamp. You can use it for massage (i.e. vibration), heat, or heat + massage. I got mine on sale for $25. I have seen them at Walmart as well.

I use mine all the time when stretching and hanging. In my (newbie) opinion, heat is incredibly important.
