A question of heat.
I’ve jelqed on and off for well over a decade since first reading an article about it in the early 90’s. The information back then was never very detailed, so my results were disapointing to say the least. In all those years I have never heard mention of using heat. However, since finding Thunder’s I’ve read alot of advice on the benefits of heat. Advice I’ve taken to heart.
I have been pumping for awhile now, and have now added some of the techniques I’ve found on this site to make a complete PE routine (and I hope a good routine). When pumping I always use a heating pad on the tube to promote blood flow, but now I use heat at the beginning and end of my routine, and in between each exercise.
MY Routine:
10 minute heat wrap
3 sets of 30 second stretches (in all directions)
10 minute heat wrap
200 jelqs
10 minute heat wrap
20 minute pump session (2 sets of 10 minutes) at low pressure.
10 minute heat wrap, or 20 minute bath in with epsom salt in hot water
My question is, am I over doing it with the heat? Is there such a thing as too much heat?
