Using a Heat Pad

For those of you who use a heat pad to warmup, what have you found to be the best way. Do you just lay it on top of your dick, or do you wrap it around completely? Also, my heat pad has an optional “moist heat” feature where you can wet this piece of cloth and place it in the cover. Is moist heat worth going through the trouble? On the box it claims that moist heat penetrates deeper, but should this even be a problem with the penis?

I fold the heat pad once, place penis in fold and compress with thighs while I do other things with my hands i.e. prepare the pump.

As for the moist heat, if it penetrates deeper, use it if you can be bothered. The penis may not be as thick as leg but it’s still not that easy to heat through.
