How important is rest days

I’ve been doing 6 on 1 off for prob 3 weeks now I need shutdown for prob 3-4 days, I feel minor burn lingering about 20 sec, after urinating.

I think it depends on the routine, how fast you recover, and maybe some other things.

I remember one attempt at pumping multiple times a day, with no breaks. The hypothesis that it would cause faster growth didn’t turn out. By the third day, I think, my erection quality was poor and I hadn’t gotten the rapid increase in size either immediately (my erection quality was so poor my erection wasn’t even as long as it had been previously) or over time (after discontinuing and recovering my erection, there was no increase in length I could attribute to eliminating rest days and pumping multiple times a day). The trial seemed to be causing my penis to move towards what people here call hard flaccid.

Man I’m still having discomfort after almost 2 weeks now, two times I thought I was getting out of it .
