How important is the theory of Lot?How important is the cool down in terms of earnings? can be avoided?

The LoT theory is not important to your gaining at all don’t waste your time analyzing yourself with it, I think you should always target your ligament first and exhaust those gains and when you know your shaft is exiting low and your not gaining from the ligaments quickly anymore you should switch up to any other kind of length work.

I don’t have much knowledge on the cool downs because I have never tried PE with them and then without to see how gains varied, so maybe someone else can give you a scientific answer to that part.

Well lebanise its not like you’re new to the forum but whatever. Welcome to Thunders, where you ask anything of interest, and 1 out of 10 replies will actually be serious. I asked about LOT not long ago, and I was told that it is not a valid theory anymore. In other words, ignore it.

I don’t understand the LOT theory has some sense to it, why do so many people say it’s a waste of time?

From what I understand remek who I have a lot of respect for realised the ligs don’t connect at the right place or something? But a lot of people have used the theory and had gains, it could be that they would have had gains anyway but I think people should not disregard it just because a few people see it as a waste of time, a lot of PE probably 50% of it is a waste of time anyway. I think totally saying it’s a waste of time is not accurate.

The theory led me to hanging which gives me a lot of gains. ;-) Part and parcel to the theory is the distinction between the different areas of the penis which respond to stretches. If you don’t know this stuff already, turn to LOT theory for clarification and direction for what might be very helpful; and to quit doing things that don’t work. I know too well that you can do certain exercises for years with little success, then make minor adjustments and see a world of difference. But like all theories, LOT theory is just a theory— take it with a grain of salt. But don’t fall into the skeptic trap where you think you’re smarter than that. Instead, actually educate yourself and use whatever knowledge you have and be open to learning knew things and gaining new perspective.
