How important is the warm down

Almost every routine ends with a 5-10 minute warm compress. Sometime I forget to do it, and later wonder what the danger is. Am I limiting my gains? Reducing the effectiveness of my workout? Endangering penile health and EQ?


Starting Jan 2009 - 5.9375" EL x 5.5" EG. Jun 2009 - 6" BPEL x 5.5" EG. Nov 2011 - 6.5" BPEL x 5.2" EG

Goal: 7" EL. Girth is fine as it is, but any incidental gains are welcome!

A good warmup reduces the chance of injury and gets your unit ready for some abuse. lol. Warm tendons and tissue stretch better and safer

A good warm down allows your unit to recover better and quicker.

Warm down is to help keep the extra blood in the penis after workout and to help with recovery and healing so its a good idea to do it. Its not endangering your penis but warm down may help with EQ especially the same day after doing PE.

My penis stays so much more full and plump when I warm down after a workout. I have tried cooling down before as some people suggest but it does not work for me.

The warm-down is unimportant, and completely pointless. The cool-down however, is very important.

I think many people have had great success using a warm-down so saying it is “completely pointless” is probably a bit excessive.
