I’ve been at PE for a month now and the hardest part of the newbie routine for me is the warm up. I’m 19 and I live at home with my parents and three brothers. I’ve been telling myself that a hot shower is a good enough warm up, but I really don’t think it is as effective as I want it to be. I think I just tell myself that I need it to be a great warm up because there really isn’t anywhere else I could really do a proper warm up. On top of that, it is difficult to get a good grip for stretches in the shower, and most of the routine I do is always a few hours AFTER a shower. I also do “piss pulls” throughout the day.

Though I’ve made no gains thus far, I’m thinking that the fact that I haven’t been properly warming up is effecting the process.

It’s kind of hard for a guy who lives in a house with five other people to put rice into a sock and throw it into a microwave without someone asking me what the hell I’m doing. Can you guys suggest a less obvious, but effective method of warming up?

Pherhaps some kind of heating lamp, which you can have in your own room. I don’t know if it will be very effective, but I am looking for some sort of infrared heating lamp myself to turned on throughout the entire session, just haven’t found the right lamp yet.

If you don’t like the idea of a lamp, then maybe some sort of electric heating bag. I haven’t looked into them myself but I would imagine they would be of good use to you. Just have in your own room and plug it in, but again I don’t know if it will be very effective.

Wet warm washrag or cup full of warm water are good too.

The heating pad seems to be the best bet for me so far. Any suggestions as to a specific heat pad? Would moist heat be better than dry heat, or does it not even matter?

I think you’d just go to the pharmacy and buy whichever electric pad they have. I don’t think moist, or dry matters. Moist would transmit the heat faster, but also be more likely to burn you.

If you can’t use a heatpad, rice sock, heat lamp or other device, you can at least warm up by massaging, stretching, jostling and generally getting things loosened up. It’s analogous to the cardio and stretching you might do to warm up before lifting weights.

So, for example, grab your whole package with one hand and pull it up towards your stomach, then down towards your knees, then left and right. Or, cup one hand under your ballsack and with your other hand pull your dick with medium strength tugs in all directions. Whatever — just move things around. After a minute or two, you’ll feel it all warm up a bit. It’s not optimal, but I think it helps when there’s no other way to warm up your junk.

Haha. My father walked into the kitchen when I was taking my rice sock out of the microwave one night. I used this excuse he just looked at my funny and walked on. Don’t think he bought it hehe.

Recommend a small electric heating pad you can use in your room under the covers.
Many drug stores sell them. They are normally less than $25.00.

Hi bro! I will give you an advice. When your taking a shower. Get a small towel. A Very small one. And wrap your penis with it. And then apply hot water on it.

While your doing this. Hold your penis with your left/right hand. And make your palm curvy, Or like you letter. By doing this You will hold the water inside your palm, and keep the water flow on it. Until your heat session is done.

By the way The towel should be thin. Good luck

Do you work out?

I have young’ns that come over for the week-ends and the first time they saw me nuke my sock I simply told them that it helps with post workout cramping. They bought it.

If you were of a certain age you could claim arthritis.
