Stealthy warm ups
I’ve been at PE for a month now and the hardest part of the newbie routine for me is the warm up. I’m 19 and I live at home with my parents and three brothers. I’ve been telling myself that a hot shower is a good enough warm up, but I really don’t think it is as effective as I want it to be. I think I just tell myself that I need it to be a great warm up because there really isn’t anywhere else I could really do a proper warm up. On top of that, it is difficult to get a good grip for stretches in the shower, and most of the routine I do is always a few hours AFTER a shower. I also do “piss pulls” throughout the day.
Though I’ve made no gains thus far, I’m thinking that the fact that I haven’t been properly warming up is effecting the process.
It’s kind of hard for a guy who lives in a house with five other people to put rice into a sock and throw it into a microwave without someone asking me what the hell I’m doing. Can you guys suggest a less obvious, but effective method of warming up?
