Hey everyone, I’m very new to PE and I’ve only recently got the vacuum pump so I made a routine and decided to be committed to it, I just want to ask all of the advanced PE members who use both the pump and the jelquing methods. I would like to get the best result out of it. Thanks a lot. One more thing, is it okay to masturbate on the days of resting? or would that bring negative effects since your penis needs the rest.

Month 1&2- Mon, Wed, Fri.

Afternoon/Morning-Massage 2 mins, warm wrap 5 mins, Pump 10 minutes (1.75” Mon and Fri, 3” on wed), Massage 2 mins, warm wrap 5 mins, Pump 10 minutes (1.75” Mon and Fri, 3” on wed), Shower Stretching 5 minutes,wet Jelquing 15 minutes + jelq squeezing 10 minutes, 5 minutes warm wrap. Use Strap after shower.

Night- Warm wrap 5 minutes, Dry jelquing 10 minutes. Warm wrap 5 minutes, Dry jelquing 10 minutes. Warm wrap 5 minutes kegel 10 mins

Month 3&4- Mon, Wed, Fri, Sunday

Welcome to Thunder’s, Mike. Why project so far into the future? After two or three months you may want to change your routine in intensity, duration, perhaps even changing your basic approach. Play it by ear. Good luck with your progress.

I doubt if masturbation will affect your routine, especially on your days off. Others may feel differently about this.
