Overall the EQ improves but also depends on what you do. Traction devices have the best reputation for best EQ increase.
For me, jelqing and pumping kills my EQ for good 6-8 hours (from 90% to about 60%-70%). If you plan out your sex days a little better than you will have overall better EQ. Also, if you worry about EQ than traction devices help a lot with it (it’s one of the well known side effects cause it helps to relax your PC muscle in flaccid state - complicated actual reasons why). Some people have constant mild tension in PC muscle that reduces the quality of erection penis.
But you don’t want to hit the gym the same day you running a marathon cause your body needs rest, same thing applies with PE exercises.
Also, start Kegeling while driving, exercising PE and other, and just anywhere you can. Kegeling will give you a lot of control over your body with both orgasms and EQ.
After you reach your size, do it once of twice a week to maintain and you will have no problems with EQ as long as your penis less than 8" long and 6.5" girth. After that size I feel like you start to go down the slope, cause for obvious reasons your body needs to take that blood from somewhere. And that’s way too much blood for super 100% EQ. Taking Viagra or Cialis can cause temp 0.1" - .25" reduction in both length and girth if you are on a consistent PE path (it returns the next couple of days). Also, over exhausted penis won’t have better EQ so do research to find a perfect balance of PE.
Overall on active perfect balance of PE than you should have 90% consistent EQ. After you stop it returns to 100%.
