How long did it take YOU to gain an inch

Hey, I started the newbie routine from this site and I was wondering if anyone would like to share their personal experience of how long it took them to get the first inch. I’m just trying to get an idea of what I’m getting into. Also, I do the routine 2 days and take 1 day off then 2 days again (then 1 day off again etc.) Is that good or do you have a better routine to suggest? I’m really aiming for an inch I’m 5” right now and kind of small when flaccid. I read a couple threads before posting and it seems PE to get to 6 inch will also help my flaccid length so here I am. Anyways thanks

It took me 13 months, though I lost some of that length because of stopping abruptly. I’m sure it will be easy to regain once I start PE again.

As for your routine, 2 on 1 off is good approach for beginners and more advanced PE practitioners alike. Just be sure to monitor your PIs carefully and you’ll be okay.

I’ve had good gains but still haven’t gotten to an inch. I also haven’t been consistent with my workouts though, so go figure. When I’m doing it consistently I pick up about 0.125 inches per month. So I guess if I was consistent I could have gotten there in under a year. However some people don’t show as much growth.

Start (Oct 2010) NBPEL: 5, BPEL: 5.875 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.25 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

(November 2013) NBPEL: 5.875, BPEL: 6.625 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.625 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

Goal NBPEL(7-7.5)xMEG(5.5-6) (journal)

I gained 1 inch about in a year

|||||Start: 14cm NBPEL|||||Now: 17,5cm NBPEL|||||Goal: 20cm NBPEL||||

But we're never gonna survive, unless we get a little crazy.

9 months for the first inch, although some portion of that was certainly just increased EQ, mine was pretty bad to start, and another 13 months for the next half inch.

I want to say I gained my first inch within 1-3 months on the newbie routine until linear progression stalled out. Maybe 6 months but I don’t think it took much longer than that. If you believe you will gain rapidly your body will help you do just that. Consistency, time, and effort.

Your picture creeps me the fuck out. Lol

About a year.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

About 8 months.

09/02/12: BPEL 16,5 - MSEG 13,5

04/02/15: BPEL 19,5 - MSEG 15.5

Goal......: No limits :D Click my photos

Akaypoker,

I had a realy half ass-ed start so its difficult to tell. I dabbled with PE since I was about 20 years old but didn’t start doing it on a regular basis until 22 or 23 and even then it was hit and miss maybe twice a week. When I was about 24 or 25 I started being more consistent and I also bought a pump and began using that on top of stretching and jelqing. I rarely hang.

I’m 28 now and have gone from just a little bit over 5 7/8”NBP (at about 18-20 years old) to just a bit over 7”NBP, my girth went from 5” MSEG to a little over 5.5”MSEG. If I had to guess how long it would have take IF I was was consistent right from the start I would say that I could have got there in about 18 months.

How old are you? I wish I would have started consistent much earlier I’d think I’d have 8”x6” by now. Just remember its like body building and lifting weights it takes months and years to see dramatic results.

I would like to add that I have been doing PE for 2 years now (umm roughly- sorry I did not check my reg date here prior to typing), when I started I was very eager but only did the newbie routine for nearly the 1st 4 months. I managed to limit myself to 2 100 jelq sessions per day. During this initial time period I noticed substantial gains and was very excited. I now realize that much of that gain was probably EQ. But I gained my 1st inch, whether it was EQ and actual growth combined did not matter. It was a gain.

Then my gains slowed, I became discouraged and began looking into other routines, figuring that I had plateaued with my current routine. I began upping the amount of jelqs to 500 per session, wrapping and clamping, and several other routines that I have read here. I really would like to reach my length gains but noticed that my penis is a bit on the thin side so I clamped even longer sessions. I ended up wounding myself (Nothing major) and slacked off for a month or 2. Then got back into just the jelquing at 500 per session. Yet still, my gains have drastically slowed. So I been away for a few months again. I stopped doing the monthly measuring and very rarely did a few a stretches ( once or twice a week) with no jelquing.

My Gurl and I have been going through rough times and that has been distracting even a lack of sex in the home. But we still shower together and just 2 days ago she looked at me as we were undressing and says ” Umm I think that you’re getting bigger”, With this in my head I decided to start a light jelq routine. about 10-15 min including warm up time and around 200 jelqs. Lets see where it goes this time.

Starting stats: 6.4" / 4.75" Current Stats: 7.5" / 5.25" Next Goal: 8.5" / 5.5" Long term goal: 9" / 6.5"

Thanks for the answers, so I’ve read a couple starters starting with 100 jelqs but in the newbie routine it says 200 which one will be more efficient? Also, do I keep this routine for a year?

I am 21 years old.

No clue. Have yet to gain anything.

Since you are just starting out.. I would say to keep it to 100 jelqs per session. I say this because it takes time for both you and your penis to make the adjustments to a routine. We all know how to masturbate, but getting the proper grip tension and becoming familiar with your own jelq stroke takes practice. Your penis is also not accustomed to being tugged and pulled on in this manner. You will surely develop some light skin discoloration and maybe even spot spotting on your unit when you first start.

Once you have become more used to yourself. Then you should be fine to go up to 200 per session or whatever you decide is best for you.
