How long should I wait?

My routine consists of just stretching for now. I’m on my second week now and have been following my routine very stringently. How long should I wait before I start hanging?

There’s no time frame. If you want to start, go for it, although I would suggest more manual exercises until you become ‘accustomed’ to your penis. 2 weeks is little time to give your current routine a chance to show gains, and perhaps you might want to wait until you hit a plateau before hanging.

On the other hand, if you feel comfortable about it (I needed some time to come round to the idea) start doing some homework and then get into it.
