How long should you wait after the last ejaculation before you jelq

To answer the question: wait until you can get an erection. Jelqing requires and erection and most guys have a “refractory period” after ejaculation where they cannot get erect. As soon as you can you should be able to jelq.

If I can get a semi is that enough?

Or if I can get a full hard-on if I really try, but a semi if I don’t try that much? My last ejaculation was an hour ago and I have a semi right now.

Talk to the mods about changing your name. I think negative thoughts hold you back from gains.

As to your question, semi is good — as a newbie you don’t want to be totally hard when you jelq. 60 to 70% would be good.
