How loud is a Lig pop?

After my hot wrap I began my stretching. On my first stretch outward I thought I heard a pop. To me sounded more like a low click? Is this a lig pop?

Is is normal to get these frequently. It happens to me all the time during sex. if I’m on top and I position myself further up on her body (my chin at about her forehead so it stimulates the clit more) it puts more pressure along the topside as we have sex and sometimes it pops. This has happened to me for years.

Do you have to have these lig pops to gain? Sounds pretty scary.
