How Much Did You Gain In Your First 6 Months?

I gained about 1/4” in length and a little girth with a very inconsistent schedule. Mostly manual exercises and time in the tube. I think if your serious you will gain more, especially if you move onto exercises like hanging. I don’t know, I am winging this and taking things slow. I would rather have a 6” penis that works than a broken one any size. Listening to your body is suggested many times here. When you push the limits you get maximum chance of gain at maximum risk of injury. Someone who enjoys pain with their pleasure could easily over do it IMHO. If you have problems, stop. Readjust and let your body fix itself. Newbee statement, take it for what its worth.

This is insane. Congratulations. Sometimes I wonder if the exercises work better if you have a bigger penis. Like a longer jelq, where you’re pushing the blood super far away from the base. But for me, I cannot get that far from the base, because my dick doesn’t get that big. So maybe it’s not as effective.

I wonder if gains are harder for a short, skinny dick. Not able to push the blood far enough away. Not enough penis to stretch. Just a thought.

I’m around the 4 month point in my current (and first successful) stint of PE and I’ve had an increase in BPEL of 0.813 inches and an increase in EG of 0.188 inches (specifics in my signature below).

Obviously I haven’t successfully done this long enough to give qualified advice but the one piece of counsel I’d offer, is believe PE is going to eventually work for you and be absolutely consistent and persevere until it does.

Thought the same exact thing in regard to jelqing my dick at the start (did I have enough dick for jelqing to be effective especially after watching the jelqing "how-to" video with the large donged dude - not criticizing, but it might be encouraging for newbs to see this done by someone on the less endowed end of the spectrum…)

And then I came across bennett8 (who fucking starts with 3.75 BPEL x 4.75 EG and stops PE-ing at 6.00 x 5.50 because his lady friend doesn’t want him any bigger!) and I realized that almost anything is possible with PE - just check out 2-inch Growth Comparative Pictures. Related to your point, he mentions he didnt have much to hold onto for his stretches starting out but they worked nonetheless.

Well I’ve been clamping for 7 months now, and haven’t gained anything, which is depressing considering it’s supposed to be the undisputed king of girth exercises.

Looking for a girth predominant routine. Not new to PE but just came back from a long break. I’m 2 months in again, conditioned. I would like to gain .5 in girth In a year. Any suggestions? I do
10 min warm up
5min stretches
50 wet of jelqs,(pee hole is pretty puffy BC of 5 sec intense reps)
And a 5 min warm down.

Shaft tends to be thin with enlarged glans and puffy tip.
Then through out the day it hangs decently I guess.

Any suggestions? My EQ is decent. But I kegel before each jelqs.

I have gained 0,6” in girth during my first 6 months of PE.
Here is everything I did during these 6 months :
When I started PE, my routine was :
1st week : 1x10 min jelqs
2nd week : 1x15 min jelqs
3rd week : 2x10 min jelqs
4th week : 1x20 min jelqs
5th week : 1 morning session = 10 min jelqs + 1 evening session = 15 min jelqs
6th week and next : 1 morning session = 15 min jelqs + 1 evening session = 15 min jelqs
I didn’t mention, but I have always tried to do a warm up of 10 min before every session and 50 kegel/day.
I did this routine for 2 months. It gave me +0,3” in girth (newbie gains).
But in the last weeks of the second month, I could see no more gains and I wanted to change.
My 2nd routine was :
1st week : 25 min jelqs + 5 uli#3
2nd week and next :
- 1 morning session = 200 jelqs + 10 Uli
- 1 evening session = 200 jelqs + 10 Uli
I did this 2 months. It gave me + 0,1” of girth

Then I have tried clamping for 3 weeks. It caused me problem with erection (I haven’t been able to erect for 3 days). And it gave me no gains.
So I stopped and took a break of 1 week.

I have then tried horse440.
My routine has been :
1st month : 2 sessions with (100 jelqs + 5 horses of 10 sec.)
2nd months : 2 sessions with (100 jelqs + 5 horses of 20 sec.)
It gave me 0,2” in girth

Stawug what was the intensity of the jelqs and the erection level? Nice gains congrats! I’d imagine you used a very firm grip? .6 is alot. Also how were your pl’s? Do you work right through loss of EQ and loss of morning wood until rest days?

intensity of jelqs 80 to 90% (only after the first 2 weeks). Yes, I used a very firm grip.
And like you, I kegel before each jelq
During session, sometimes it was difficult to keep this % of erection, so I stopped for a moment, did edging to recover EQ and started again the jelqs.

About my PIs, when I did jelqs, they were very good (good EQ, morning wood almost every day).
With Uli#3, EQ decreased as the week progressed. More difficulty to have a hard erection when doing the Uli, less morning wood.
With clamping : as I said, it was catastrophic, not any erection for 3 days !
With horse440, EQ was good, morning wood very often, but less than when I did jelqs.
And I have always done 2 days on / 1 day off.

See my problem is EQ at the moment, I bypass it by doing an effective kegel at about 60-70% puting me at about 80% at best. Grip firm to feel my shaft plump up and veins pop out as well no pain just a stretching sensation on glans and about 50 5 second jelqs the pee hole is puffy letting me know I moved quite a bit of blood. What gets to me is that my glans end up engorged after warm down and shaft hangs a bit thin and takes about an hour to get a good hang throughout the day. Next morning the wood is decent but my EQ is not nearly as good as people say it should be. Ease of erection is not that good.. Did you work your way up to that firm grip or was it torerable for your EQ from the get-together.

When I started jelqing, my grip was not firm at all. I was afraid of injury. Slowly, I increased pressure day after day, and after a few weeks, the grip was very firm.

Something I have seen, it’s that when I do the same routine for a long time, the motivation decreases and EQ too. So I don’t do the same routine for more than 2 months. Doing something new is exciting, it gives new sensations, it was always good for my EQ. And it makes me try different exercises and see how efficient each one is for me.

I gained the most in the first 6 months, like 3/4 of an inch in girth. I feel like I’ve been pretty stalled out in gains since then so I’ve been taking some time off to try to get newbie gains again. I did it mostly with pumping some jelqs squeezes and lots of heat.


Gaining in progress...

Starting measurements =>> BPEL 6.9375”, NBPEL 6.5625”, MSEG was never measured but I guess 5.25” maximum.

6 month measurements =>> BPEL 7.520”, NBPEL 7.125”, MSEG 5.5”

How consistent were you during those first 6 months =>> 4 days/week of strictly manual exercises. Only took a 1 week break during those 6 months.

Best piece of advice you can give =>> P.E is a marathon not a sprint.

1/4 length 1/8 girth

I gained .5” in length and .150” in girth (starting at 6” x 4.75).

I gained approximately .2” in girth doing a beginner’s routine, manual stretches with heat, jelqing and kegels in the first two months. Very striking, erection quality best since my teens. I did a 5 on 2 off but suddenly fatigued by dick yet didn’t stop when warning signs were there, lost some girth gains, EQ down and ligaments or pelvic floor pain. Stopped for 2 weeks then continued on a 1 on 1 off and began using an extender. Length gains slow, even with using an extender on average 8-9 hours a day, which has been a serious hassle, as at a high tension it needs to be taken off every 1 hour due to glan pain. Length gains about .4-5” after six months. Girth gains stopped and have only started to show signs of returning with a 2 on 1 off routine, adding horse squeezes, two-grip squeezes etc. Best advice is get to grips with physiological indicators, start with a 2 on 1 off, 5 days on the trot will gain you initial big gains but certainly wasn’t sustainable and can cause injuries, niggles that will necessitate having a few days off here and there and cause you to be inconsistent.
