How Much Did You Gain In Your First 6 Months?

I’m just trying to gauge the average person’s growth in their first 6 months to get a better understanding of when most of the growth happens. Here are the questions:

Starting measurements?
6 month measurements?
How consistent were you during those first 6 months?
Best piece of advice you can give?

If you have been doing PE for less than 6 months, just switch the “6” to however long you’ve been doing it. I still want to hear your input!

My answers:

Starting measurements: 5” BPEL, 4.31” EG.
3 month measurements: I’m almost 3 months in. I have not noticed any gains.
How consistent were you during those first 3 months: I took two 4 day breaks, and a couple 2 day breaks, due to travel. I feel this really set me back.
Best piece of advice you can give: Stay consistent. Don’t overwork - You can actually see less gains from working more - Pay attention to PIs. Find form that feels right (for me is overhand OK grip on jelqs).


03/2018: BPEL 5", MEG 4.4375". 05/2020: BPEL 6.1875", MEG 4.4375".

11/2020: BPEL 6.4375", MEG 4.5".

Short term goal: BPEL 6.5", MEG 4.75". Long term goal: BPEL 7", MEG 5".

Averages are meaningless when it comes to PE. They are nice to see sometimes I guess, but you never know what you’ll get. I got an inch and a quarter, all in length, in my first eight weeks. And I had no idea that was even anything out of the ordinary. Haven’t seen much gains in length ever since though.

Averages are pointless in PE… I added about half an inch in length, little to no girth.

Averages really only show that it’s actually possible, but some people gain zero. Others gain an inch the first month. There’s no saying what causes this discrepancy, no gauge for your possible future PE success. You just have to try and see what happens with yours, and read the PI s. Good luck!

Right, consistently. I was religiously consistent with a 2 on 1 off for the first 6 months with a 1 or 2 week break here or there. I think it was 6 weeks on 1 week off 8 weeks on 2 weeks off to begin with.


February '16: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

November '18: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 137 mm MEG (5.39")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

Most people who don’t gain have weak routines in my opinion. I’ve gained well, but I go as hard when I PE as I do in the gym. Overtraining is a myth. As long as you are not physically hurting or having bad PI your body or penis can take more and a stronger catalyst will initiate a stronger response. If you think that 1minute hand stretches are going to stimulate as strong as a recovery and growth response as something like hanging I believe you’re sadly mistaken.

Look at Tom Platz he trained legs everyday, CT Fletcher trained Arms everyday, and BIB hung weight on his cock EVERYDAY. What’s the result for every one of these “overtraining” individuals? For Tom Platz an Olympia and the most legendary legs of all time, for CT Fletcher well known HUGE ass arms plus numerous powerlifting wins before he became a bodybuilder, and BIB well his body recovered just fine and added him a whopping 4”+

Sorry but the gym and PE are only related in that proper form is required. You can have great PI’s on day and do your normal routine the next and you’ve got an injury. Say this with me, “My dick is not my abs or quads!”.

I gained 3/4’s an inch in 6 months. I started at 6.75” BPEL and at 6 months I hit 7.5” BPEL. I worked out my cock like 3-5 days a week.

There’s too many entries in the Injuries and Treatment forum from jelqing and manuals for me to say devices and hanging hardcore is for everyone.

It just isn’t for everyone and insisting it is…is disingenuous. I’ve coached guys doing everything right and getting bad PIs, every time. It just ain’t that simple.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I gained nothing during my first six months. In fact, it took over nine months before I showed ant measurable gains. It also took another four years to gain about an inch in length.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Started back PE in March 2017, so its been 2 months so far:

BPEL: 7.5in->8in

NBPEL: 6.25in->7in

Mseg: 6in->6in

I changed up my diet to focus on boosting free test in my body, so I’ve been making gains all over so I’m not too sure how much dick gains is due to PE. My routine was 6 days on, 1 off on most weeks, some I took 2 days off.

200 jelqs, stretching out, up, down, left, right, down left, down right, fowfers, and BTC for 1 minute each, twice daily

Gained 0.5” length, 0.25” BEG, and 0.1” MSEG in the first 6 months.

Best advice I have is stay consistent, but know when to stop. If you mess up your dick, unlike your biceps (just physical), it causes both physical and mental damage (in the form of incorrect self-diagnosis).

Current EL7.2 EG5.61

Goal EL8.0 EG6

I gained 1” in length and 3/4” in girth. A volume increase of 7 c.i.

Wait a minute by 2 1/2 months you gained 1.1 inches in length and .70 inches in girth how is this possible???

Did you mean by 2 years and 2 months or is it 2 1/2 months you gained ???

Call it magic but it is what it is and my hard work too stretching six hours a day everyday when am working for 2minutes yeah is think its possible
