If you don’t have a gage, then the tube you use MUST be clear to visually see problems! The pumping / newbie forum is best, look for the problems there.
Here’s a short list:
-blood pockets or blisters
-discoloration
-water blisters
-ruptures of the blisters (ouch!)
When you first start, your unit is not toughened to the added stressors of vacuum and jelqing, so start with just getting erect in the tube and don’t go beyond that. Don’t ejaculate either. Mark the tube where your unit ends-don’t cheat. start at 10 minutes and gradually work up to 20. 20 seems to be longest time in a single set.
A full month after that (and more time is better) gradually give it more pumps.
Reference note: I have a 2” x 10” tube, made from an aquarium cleaning vacuum. Once erect (5”Hg) 2 pumps from the hand vac will bring it up to 6”Hg. from there, 1 more pump will go to 8”Hg. Beyond this mark lies a danger zone where you can’t keep your unit in there for very long before problems. So you see, it is not a linear 1 pump = 1”Hg, but a curved scale.
I really recommend you find a vacuum gage (found in most industrial supply houses, the “Tigre” catalogue comes to mind) and install it in your pump - it should already be threaded to receive it. If you’re in Brazil, 1/8 BSP should be the thread size. Use teflon tape as the thread sealant as the liquid sealers will attack the plastic and crack it.
At any visible sign of “bubbles” or “blisters” on your skin, STOP! Start again the next day or after your unit heals, however long that takes. It seems where there is an injury, that place is weakened and will repeat.
Now, everyone is different in their physiology so some experimenting is in order. But know this, high levels of stress don’t work and only serve to injure you.
The PE process takes time, and lots of it - read years.
The rewards however are wonderful.
Hope this helps,
