Hey all,

After doing the beginner routine and long periods of extending with a device, I’ve since gained 2cm and am ecstatic that this actually works. I have pics but will not post them out of privacy.

I am currently on Mem’s momentous rapid gain mechanism to induce stretch in the tunica, and have been doing it for about 15min a day during my shower.

I only have time to do my manual stretches at night after work. Is once a day enough to see gains in a year?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Hoping to gain a cm in a year to put me just above average haha

Once a day is enough and you’ll see newbie gains in 3-4 mos. But gains aren’t linear, both time and in cm %. The gains will taper and plateau. Use the newbie routine as a spring board to condition your penis then it will keep you from injury when you advance to harder or longer routines.

Thanks, I will look into upping my routine to around 25min then. See how I go, hoping to go from 13.2 to 14cm by the wnd of the year at least

Extending will reap benefits for you. How long and when do you extend? Do you do any morning routine at all?
