How often you pump?

Hi, I was wondering how often you guys pump. I used to pump 5 days a week and it was perfect. Later noticed that my penis started to become soft at the beginning and only later it became hard. I do not know if it is connected to the amount of time I pump per week.

Hello,I’ll say this first, I don’t recommend this exercise every day because the penis needs rest and regeneration. How often you will pump depends on the person, no one is the same. I personally pump max 3x a week and I prefer to devote myself to manual exercises and jelqing.
