How often should I pump........

Have a pump now guys and just wondering…..How often should I pump and how long? I am 7.5 bonepressed on a good day. Stretching has been a big help. Now I want good girth because stretching has seemed to take that away. So, can I pump everyday? Wanting a goal of about 8 x 6.5. Maybe a little longer. I am currenlty about 5.5 girth or so. Maybe a tad less.
