How Should I Feel After Doing Manual Stretches?
Been doing s2s stretches for the last week now and I just did 4 sets of 50 a while ago. I stretched hard and I can feel it during the act but not to the point of pain.
After stretching, I feel a bit sore on the base. Not as sore as, say, after a session of lifting (I’m a newbie bodybuilder) but it’s there. It’s not even painful or uncomfortable. Is this normal or should I feel a bit more down there?
Also, any tips on how to prevent my hand from slipping? I usually slip at rep 30 or so.
