How to build my own Routine
Hello Gents,
I was just thinking about this.
There are lots of people who had the knowledge and applied to create their own daily routine, sharing the results and secrets with the community.
But sometimes we can’t just access that routine, or we want to add something, hoping to accelerate the results, or we simply don’t want to ruin our progress by stressing the tissues.
So, is there any rule of thumb related to when to stretch, when to hang, how to apply heat, if, or how do we know we have over trained (except for the fact that our dicks have not grown in the past 6 months, so we lost time and effort)
To take my example, I am pumping with a bathmate for 15 mins in the morning, then I do some sort of stretching / ADS at about 2.5 - 3kgs (15 min stretch, 30 min stretch FIR pad, 15 min stretch) in the evening.
Don’t know if this is good or bad, or if I should incorporate a few hours phallosan forte stretcher device after heating or after pumping or none at all.
Also, don’t know when or if or how to take the days off, etc.
Is there any desk manual that could help us understand the principles behind P.E. So that we can try to create our own routines using our tools?
