How to do Bennet8's 12 point stretches?
Hi. I PM’d Bennet8 but have yet to receive a response. I’m thinking of using his 12 point stretch method. My only problem is how exactly am I supposed to do those stretches? He says that they’re “modified v stretches”. I can understand the “pulls left/pulls right” ones but not the “pulls up/ pulls down” ones. Is that supposed to be a pull up and down along the penis or is it like a V stretch and an A stretch? Also is the hand that’s mentioned first (LH down/RH up) that one that grasps the head of the penis? In that example would it be the left hand that pulls and stretches the penis downwards while the right hand pulls up at the base?
Basically, how exactly are these stretches performed? Thank you.

4) LH pulls left/RH pulls right at half point
