How to exercise secretly?

Hey guys.

I would like to start the exercises, I’m from Brazil and I have an e-book with a schedule and tips, the problem is that I live at my parents’ house, how can I do the exercises without anyone noticing? After all, it would be strange to spend 20 min in the bathroom every day, taking hot towels, finally, does anyone have some tips on how to do it in a more "secret" way, hugs.

I would work out, if you see my posts I recommend growing arms, glutes, and neck if you are doing PE to be a complete stud. After a workout then take a shower (so it makes sense why you are in the shower more often) to heat it up with very hot water, or for heating up either a rice pack and place it in the microwave or buy a heat pack. Then go into your do not disturb time.

I work from home so you can say you are working or in some sort of free online class and need a do not disturb time. I also work my schedule when the family leaves the house for some quality time.

Sometimes I do it all in the shower and say I have stomach issues.
