how to increase base girth?

I’m quite new in Pe world, so I’m following the newbie routine. I read that jelquing can produce a bat shape form. I would like to avoid it, including in my routine something that increases base girth. What do you suggest? Do you think that stretching in every direction cuold be a help?

If you’re new to PE, you may increase your base girth by doing stretches at a low angle like BTC. Additionally, there are specific girth exercises that can be targeted to the lower part of the penis, including erect bends, but I think they tend to be a bit advanced and not something you’d want right now. Just pull out the “inner penis” and you should have some more width at the base.

I read in the guide about BTC stretch but it’s quite difficult for me to understand.I’d be glad if you explain it in simple words.
